VidBit: Reach the Top in New Home Home & Neighborhood Sales

This book by Myers Barnes is really what started it all for me. When I took my first job with a home builder fresh out of college I knew something was wrong. The sales team was given extensive training on the product, but almost none on how to sell! It was after the entire team read this book and I saw what happened that I realized that I needed to stop learning from within, and begin learning from outside sources and to question existing methods. This should be required reading for anyone entering the new home business.
