Thank you for hosting the webinar.  I read your e-book and would like to put your process into practice.  This summer, we built a home for a tour in a community that we were dead in the water in 3 years ago.  We sold that home and got one pre-sale which will be completed in early January.  We have 17 finished lots left in this community which doesn&#039;t have a large finished lot inventory. We will start building a model home this month to be completed in February.

Is there a way to use your program in this scenario? How would we adjust it considering the lots were finished years ago?
